Q: Can I wear my item to work?

A: Yes, we encourage you to. All apparel offered on the Company Store is approved to be worn as work attire.

Q: What is a featured item?

A: A featured item is an item we highlight on the homepage. This could be an item that is only temporarily available.

Q: Do I pay for the logo embroidery or printing cost?

A: No. As a benefit to employees, the placement of the logo on all purchases is paid for by BCBSND, lowering the cost of each item for employees.

Q: Are items returnable?

A: No. All items are made-to-order.

Q: How do I request a promo code for a team order?

A: Email maryloua@cisport.com to set up a temporary promo code for your request needs.

Q: How often are new items available?

A: Items are reviewed for rotation once or twice per year.

Q: How do I know what size is right for me?

A: Please refer to the size chart in the product description. 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping any item is a flat rate of $12. (See next question on picking up your item at the office to waive the shipping cost)

Q: Can I pick up my item(s) at the Fargo HQ or District Office?

A: Yes. You will need to specify in the delivery instructions where you want to have the item sent. The pickup option is free of charge to you.

Q: How do I start a request to order an item that is not listed on the site?
